Rose Guarantee

Garden Roses LLC guarantees our roses to be true to name and healthy when shipped. Planting and growing instructions are included with every shipment. In the rare event that a plant fails, notify us within 1 year of receipt, and you may choose to have a one-time replacement of the same cultivar (if available), an alternative rose cultivar, or store credit.

While we do offer to combine multiple orders into 1 shipment to save on shipping costs (and refund the excess prior to shipping), once an order has shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot be responsible for weather extremes, animal damage, neglect or improper care (such as over/under watering or spray damage).

We will mail out your roses at an appropriate time for planting in your area (if you do not specify a shipping date). Visit our shipping policies page for more details. Please select roses that are hardy in your climate zone. If you wish, we’ll help you with those decisions.

Announcement

Our "Shop" tab is currently unavailable while we update our in-stock roses and assign roses to existing orders. We will resume shipping roses to the warmest zones at the end of January (through May for coldest zones). In the meantime, the roses are continuing to grow in our greenhouse.
